KASPABOTS · LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 24, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and KaspaBots LLC (“KaspaBots” or “we”), 99 Wall Street #5857, New York, NY 10005. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Agreeing to these terms
You agree to these terms when you click a button with a line under it that says so, for example: By clicking Continue to payment, you agree to our Terms of Use, including arbitration and our refund terms. That line appears when you save a cabin, buy a ticket or submit an application. These terms include an agreement to arbitrate (section 18). If you do not agree, do not use those features.
3. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account, buy a ticket or apply.
4. Your account
Your account is your email address. There is no password: we email you a six-digit code or a one-tap link each time you sign in. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your email secure, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
5. Saving a cabin
When you save a cabin, we record your choice and send your name, email address and phone number to Norwegian Cruise Line’s group sales consultant, who calls you to book it. When you click Save my cabin, you agree that Norwegian may call you at the number you gave, to book this cabin. Norwegian books the cabin and takes payment on that call, under its own terms, prices and rules, including its age rules. A saved cabin is not a booking, and we take no payment for cabins. Norwegian is responsible for your booking, your cabin and your voyage. The prices on our site are a guide, and Norwegian confirms the price on the call.
6. The conference
Speakers, sessions and the schedule may change. If we cancel the conference, we will tell you by email, and section 7.3 applies to the on-demand ticket.
7. The on-demand ticket
7.1 What you buy. The right to watch a recording of parts of the KaspaBots conference, once we publish it after the conference. It does not include a cabin or a place on board.
7.2 Who sells it. We sell the ticket. Link (Sold through Link, LLC), Stripe’s checkout service, processes the payment as merchant of record on our behalf, and handles payment, tax, receipts and refund requests under its own terms. We provide the recordings.
7.3 Refunds. You can ask Link for a refund within 60 days of your purchase if the recordings never reach you, are significantly not as described or unfit for purpose, or arrive damaged or corrupted, or if the payment was unauthorized or duplicated. Neither Link nor KaspaBots refunds a change of mind, except under the next sentence. If we have not published the recordings within 24 months after the conference, we will refund you.
7.4 How you may use it. Your access is personal and for your own viewing. Do not download, copy, share, rebroadcast or resell the recordings or your access to them.
8. Applying to the accelerator
8.1 No promise of acceptance. Applying is free. We decide which applications to accept, at our discretion.
8.2 Your answers. Your answers must be true and yours to give. You keep ownership of everything you submit, and you allow the KaspaBots team to store, read and discuss it to review your application, as our Privacy Policy describes.
8.3 Confidentiality. We read applications within our team. We do not sign confidentiality agreements before review, and we may already know of, or work with, companies with ideas like yours.
8.4 What you sign when you apply. When you submit an application, your Delaware corporation signs the KaspaBots Standard Agreement and Side Letter, or, if you have no Delaware corporation yet, each founder signs the Founder Promise. They take effect only if we accept you. They are separate from these terms, and a change to these terms never changes them.
9. Membership
9.1 Joining. Membership starts when we accept your application. We email you an invite code for the KaspaBots network, which works once, for seven days, and you can download the KaspaBots app for Mac from your dashboard.
9.2 The network runs on Buzz. The KaspaBots network runs on Buzz, an app and service from Block, Inc. When you join, Buzz asks you to accept its own Terms of Service and Privacy Notice and to confirm you are 18 or older. Block is responsible for Buzz, and Buzz’s terms govern what you share in it.
9.3 The office-hours pages. The download includes our office-hours pages. You may use them, and let your own AI agent read them, only to build your company. Keep them confidential: do not publish, sell or share them outside your company. We provide them as they are, and nothing in them is investment, legal or tax advice.
9.4 Leaving or removal. You may leave the network at any time, and we may remove a member at our discretion. Leaving or removal does not end the Standard Agreement.
10. Using the site properly
Do not break or probe the site’s security, get around its bot checks or its passwords, scrape it, impersonate anyone, or submit anything unlawful or anyone else’s private information.
11. Our content
The site, its text and design, the recordings and the KaspaBots name belong to KaspaBots or the people who license them to us. You may use them only as these terms allow.
12. Other services
Parts of the site rely on services run by others, including Stripe and Link, Norwegian Cruise Line, Block, YouTube, Cloudflare and Supabase. Their own terms govern what they do, and we are not responsible for them.
13. No advice, no offer
Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing on it is an offer to buy or sell any security or token.
14. Disclaimer
We provide the site as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms.
15. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid for the on-demand ticket and $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
16. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post each new version with its date and, for a material change, email account holders at least 180 days before it takes effect. A change applies only going forward. It never changes a ticket you already bought, a signed Standard Agreement or a signed Founder Promise.
18. Law and disputes
18.1 Law. Delaware law governs these terms, except where the law of the place you live protects you as a consumer.
18.2 Talk to us first. Before either of us starts a claim, we will try to resolve it informally: write to [email protected], and give us 180 days.
18.3 Arbitration. Any dispute about the site, your account, a saved cabin or the on-demand ticket that we cannot resolve informally goes to individual, binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator, under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. Any hearing takes place by video or near where you live. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.
18.4 No class actions. You and KaspaBots may bring claims against each other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective or representative action, and each of us gives up the right to a jury trial.
18.5 Opting out. You may opt out of arbitration within 7 days after you first agree to these terms, by emailing [email protected] with your name and the email on your account.
18.6 What arbitration does not cover. Arbitration does not cover the Standard Agreement or the Founder Promise, which have their own terms; a claim for public injunctive relief, which goes to court after the arbitration of any individual claims; or a consumer in the EU or UK, who may bring a claim in their local courts.
18.7 If part of this section fails. If a court finds part of section 18 unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force, but a class or representative arbitration never proceeds.
